LC Design: Landscape Design Policy
◉ Payments
●LC Design requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the final price to be paid before work will begin.
●Any and all remaining balaces are due no more than 24 hours prior to completion unless otherwise agreed upon by LC Design/Customer.
●Failure to meet the payment agreement will result in removal of any and all completed work.
◉ Working Requirements
●All land must be deeded to the group of your choice.
●Owners of LC Design (Maddy Carissa and Danii Lyric) must be given group tags that allow building and terraforming rights for the duration of employment.
●Owners of LC Design (Maddy Carissa and Danii Lyric) must be given edit rights for the duration of employment
◉ Objects
●You may not return objects belonging to LC Design (Maddy Carissa and Danii Lyric).
●Should removal of item(s) be required please contact us and we will pick up said item(s).
◉ Refunds
●No refunds are given. In the even that any or all of the work provided is not to the clients taste/likeing, LC Designs will re-do any and all unsatisfactory work.
●Deposits are not refundable unless LC Designs is unable to start a job due to unforseen circumstances.
◉ Advertising
●LC Design will retain all rights to use any and all photography for use in personal portfolios and/or personal webpages. LC Design will maintain customer privacy in regards to names, products, and/or regions/estates unless otherwise requested.

◉ Payments
●LC Design requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the final price to be paid before work will begin.

●All land must be either deeded to the group of your choice or open for building for the duration of employment.
●If land is deeded, owners of LC Design (Maddy Carissa and Danii Lyric) must be given group tags that allow building rights for the duration of employment.
●Owners of LC Design (Maddy Carissa and Danii Lyric) must be given edit rights for the duration of employment

Lyric Photography Policy
◉ Payments
●All payments are due before clients recieve finished product.
●Event Packages require a deposit equal to 50% of the final price. All balances are due upon completion of product, before customer recieves final product.
◉ Refunds
●No Refunds are given. In the event that the product is unsatisfactory, Lyric Photography will reshoot any and all unsatisfactory photography or provide a credit voucher for the the appropriate ammount.
◉ Advertising
●Lyric Photography will retain all rights to use any and all photography for use in personal portfolios and/or personal webpages. Lyric Photography will maintain customer privacy in regards to names, products, and/or regions/estates unless otherwise requested.
Lyric Poses Policy
◉ Payments
●For custom pose orders Lyric Poses requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the final price. All balances are due upon completion of product, before customer recieves final product.
◉ Refunds
●No refunds will be given for Second Life Market Place purchases with the exception of accidental duplicate orders.
●No refunds will be given for inworld purchases. In the event of an error on the the part of Lyric Photography, any and all items will be replaced accordingly.
●No Refunds will be given for custom pose orders. In the event that the product is unsatisfactory, Lyric Poses will remake any and all unsatisfactory work or provide a credit voucher for the appropriate ammount.
